BEST PRIME RIB & ITALIAN FOOD SOUTH OF BOSTON!

We hadn't been to Nephews in a few months but ended up there after a quick shopping trrip to the Galleria. I had a craving for their yummy lasagne, and my husband was dying for a good piece of rare prime rib. We weren't disappointed!! The lasagne is to die for-- layers of meat, ricotta and melted cheese with a side of their famous meatsauce. More than enough for 2 people to split. I started with a HUGE side salad with homemade chunky bleu cheese dressing (only 1.95 with an Italian dinner-all other dinners come with a huge salad!). My husband's prime rib was ENORMOUS! Cooked perfectly (as always) and almost fork tender -- our attentive waitress checked back with us a couple of times to be sure everything was to our liking. We have tried many items on the menu and have NEVER been disappointed. It has become one of the premier dining spots in the area and a favorite for locals. If you like thin crust pizza you must try one of my favorites - the garlic pizza. The service and food simply cannot be beat -- talk about value for your dining dollars!

not that great

first of all we were not told no credit or debit card only cash or checks and that was at the end of our meal no big deal i went to the atm across the street . the meal was not what i expected. i think only local people go here so a person like me from out of town i had no idea we ordered fish i did not care for my meal because it had more stuffing and hardly any fish

we got there at 8 30 pm so i had a feeling the place was not serving after 9 regardless i noticed other reviews here seems like by the same person even possibly the owner himself because the reviews are the same. i will not be heading down there for any lunch or dinner. so i had a crumby meal with 2 beers and 2 wines for my wife and that cost us 51 $ i gave a 60 keep the change that will be the last dollar you will get from me. in my opinion who in this day and age doesnt not take debit or credit? someone that doesnt want to bother with their patrons needs .and there are no notice posted that did it for me when i came back from the ATM. the waitress seemed like she was too busy with i have no idea it was only 5 people at the bar. i had a bad first impression i think this place is over rated and the food isnt all that great thank you

Best salads,especially with blue cheese dressing. Best prime rib and baked stuffed shrimp

Nephews offers the best salads, great dressings. The Prime Rib is awesome, either the sandwich or

dinner. We like the garlic pizza, very tasty and nice crust. But, my favorite is the baked stuff Shrimp with

the Crab Dressing. The best part of The Nephews is: There consistent, always the best, we've been

going to the restaurant for 10yrs and still love it.

Consistency, consistency, consistency!!

My husband has the PRIME RIB whenever we go - he loves it every time! No meal that we have had there has been anything but terrific.... consistency in product is so rare these days and they have consistency - you KNOW what you are getting!!! We are SO lucky to live about 3 minutes away!! Go there - you will love it!

• Cons: closed on Monday
