I personally have been engaged with the McCormick Group on my search efforts as a CEO of a financial services company. It appears to me you get from them the same as you do with the known executive search firms that have more name recognition. I am very pleased with the results and thier modified retainer approach. I typically see 3 solid candidates on every search, and they are 100% qualified for hire, just need to allocate the right one, and they help you.
Pros: Satisfied Proff., Staff prior executive, Inexpensive
Cons: Smaller Organization, Not Global
