I just happened to see all the negative reviews when looking up the phone number for this place and couldn't believe it! I followed my hairdresser (the lovely Jean-Marie) there a few months ago and have been happy with the front desk service and ecstatic about the waxing. I'm trying their pedi services tomorrow. I haven't tried any of the other hairdressers, but Jean-Marie has been doing my hair and color for years and people actually stop me on the street to tell me how much they love my hair! I noticed the other reviews are much older, so, to those people who had bad experiences I would suggest trying the place again. It certainly appears to be a friendly, efficient place now. Try Jean Marie!
