Horrible Customer Service

My girlfriends and I had started going here and then just tried to make appointments to go back and the customer service was HORRIBLE. The girl on the phone was rude and would not help us book appointments. I finally said that I guess I would try to find another salon and was told "Good, Thank you". She insisted we only see the people we had seen before, even though one was on vacation and my girlfriend wanted to try someone new. She was extremely rude. Don't Go Here!!!!

Poor customer service is never acceptable. We are sorry for your experience and assure you that it is quite the exception rather than the rule. We have addressed this with our entire staff and hope that no customer ever has an experience like yours again.
