1. Overcharge without meter use: I took it from home to Logan and costed 70USD. I had my return trip with a cab from Logan and it only costed 40USD. 2. Bad service: I called the company afterward and they said that's it, very rude. 3. No response to better business burea: I filed my complaint to Better Business Burea and after a month, I heard back from Burea that Yellow cab did not answer Burea at all although they sent mail to them twice. 4. I can not believe they exist in Boston. They call them Arlington but they are located in Medford. Seems that nobody can find them clearly.
Pros: overcharge you without reason
Cons: one time is enough

Quality service at a flat rate to and from Logan. They accept credit card and that makes my life easier. Nice people and a lot of Hybrid cabs. All the drivers speak English and actually know how to drive.
Pros: Hybrids, clean, discounted flat rates to and from Logan.
Cons: Not free
