I grew up in Newton and now live in NY, but I always come back to Miltons, and they've only gotten better. I can shop anywhere in NY, but the service I get here is why I come back. I get my suits here, mostly Hugo Boss, and the tailoring is the best. I also love the salespeople. After I pick out my suits and see the tailor, they go to work and pick out the best shirts and ties. The casual stuff is getting very cool, too I look forward to coming to Boston and Miltons is always on my list to stop and shop. If you're shopping anywhere else, I'd highly recommend you check this store out.
Pros: Service, Selection, Prices
Cons: none

I wear suits a great deal and love to get dressed up on weekends. I've heard good things about Miltons from friends but had never been in before. Boy, were they right! Best selection of Joseph Abboud I've seen. His stuff fits me best, and the prices were good. They discount everything and then they have some stuff even marked down more. First the salesman was very professional. He knew his stuff, wasn't pushy. Helped me find three suits and a sport jacket and pants. Then the tailor was just as good. They even got one suit ready for me the next day, cause I wanted to wear it on a trip I was taking. The people downstairs did a great job of setting me up with shirts and ties. They got everything there so it's really 1-stop shopping. Can't say enough about them. They got everybody else beat as far as I'm concerned. Will definitely go back!
Pros: easy to shop, plenty of parking, great people

Awful tailors. We had to go 5 times back! The first time we came to pick our suits and pants, they had not done anything to them. We came back the next week, and not all hems and waists were fixed. Came back a third week, altered the wrong areas. Back again the 4th week, missing alterations. Going back today (Father's Day) to hopefully pick up the the remaining pants and jackets that needed fixing. Hopefully this will be the last time!

I visited last week when I needed a new suit. The men's suits that I saw were over priced. Most were in the $250 to $300 range, and were of cheap quality. Very weak customer service on top of it all.
Cons: service, low quality
