great cut and color again

I just had my hair done by Tanya. My cut and color look fabulous! I’ve had my hair done by various people at Tete-a-Tete and have never been disappointed.

I highly recommend this place!

Tip: ask a receptionist to have your parking meter fed- they always do it for you.

• Pros: very smoothly run
• Cons: a bit pricy, but worth every penny.

Stylist from 5th Avenue manhattan changed my life

After years of jumping salon to salon in search of a stylist that truly made me happy, years of spending top dollar on awful haircuts and color, i stopped a woman on the street with the most amazing haircut and gorgeous color to match. She told me about Megan, a stylist who recently moved from a 5th Avenue salon in Manhattan now woking at Tete-A-Tete and how she will never see another stylist again. Well I went to see Megan that week, and from start to finish she was above all in professionalim, style, understanding. She sat with me eye level, listened to my needs and made me not only look but also feel more beautiful than I have in my whole life. I have never gotten so many compliments. Megan is by far the best stylist I have ever met and i am so grateful to finally end my search.

• Pros: Great prices.. quality of the service is worth much more
• Cons: need to make an appointment, cant usually get in right away.. but well worth the wait

Expect an updated and sophisticated you

You never have to worry that you're going to get a one-size- fits all haircut that doesn't fit your face or that your hair will look outdated. When I walk out I know my haircut always looks special and fits my face. No cookie cutter haircuts or bad hair color. All the hair color, and other products are about as non damaging to your hair as they come and the glaze you often get after your hair color is fantastic and smells great! I've been growing my hair for about a year now and they do such a great job at making sure my growing length stays looking fresh. Even when I've come in asking for a celebrity's hair color or highlights, that look is always customized to make sure that look fits my face and coloring. Trust that you and your hair will be treated with the utmost care and that you'll walk out looking and feeling sophisticated and beautiful. The walk back to your car or down the street for shopping with well blown-out hair is always a nice pick-me up. Don't forget the Keratin treatment...its amazing!

• Pros: Hair color and Cut
• Cons: You have to wait a few days or more for an appointment with your favorite stylist...they're good so book in advance.

Best service Iv ever experienced

My experience with tete a tete was awesome from the moment I walked in to the second I left looking and feeling like a million dollars. I had hear about Noelle form some of my girlfriends and decided to give her a try. From color to cut she is so professional, confident and really knows how to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Experiences in other salons left me nervous and wondering is there a salon out there that actually listens to the client, well ladies and gentlemen yes there is. Noelle has the ability to take an average hair style and transform it to something fantastic, also you get a little lesson on how to manage your new style once the masterpiece is completed. I advise all who may be frustrated with their current look to check out Noelle at Tete a tete. You will be very happy as I am today. xx

Absolutely Fantastic!!

I am originally from San Francisco, but have lived in Boston for six years. For the first five years I never got my hair cut anywhere in Boston because I had two bad experiences and swore myself off of all Boston salons. Instead, when I flew home on vacations, I would go to my usual salon and have my hair cut and colored. I heard from a co-worker that Tete a Tete was great and so, since I had no plans to go home in a long time and desperately needed an update, I figured I would trust my friend and try it out.

The staff, stylists, and colorists were great. Brenda, the manager, was so fun, energetic and an asset to the salon. The stylists who I had, recommended a cut and a color I had never done before and thats when I got nervous, but I was being adevnturous that day and went for it. It turned out great. I love the color and the cut has never been better. Its easy but stylish and everyone has complemented me on it. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.
