Above and beyond

Michael Pallares helped us sell our house in 2008 in a dismal market. When nothing around us was selling Michael never stopped working to showcase our home. He held open houses almost every weekend and worked tirelessly with buyer's agents in the community to see that our home was first on their list of showings. Even when we moved away before our home sale closed Michael attended to every element of the closure, i.e. inspection, appraisals and repairs, and kept us apprised of every detail, ensuring a smooth transaction. Our final impression of Michael as a real estate agent, and as a person in general, is one of complete integrity. We are so grateful and would recommend him to anyone.

Highly recommend Michael Pallares

We recently purchased our first home and are absolutely delighted with it, thanks to Michael Pallares's invaluable work as our broker. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and a great resource to us as we figured out exactly what we were looking for, and in guiding us through the entire process. He had a real knack for picking out places for us to see that fit our needs and style (for both of us - no small feat!), and was always accessible and prompt by phone and email, getting us in to see new places, and following through on every detail, always with a great sense of humor and patience! It was a real pleasure getting to work with Michael, and we look forward to working with him again in the future, though not any time soon; we love our new home!

Michael Pallares was a great resource! I was navigating the condo buying process for the first time and he was very patient and helpful! Wouldn't have wanted to go through it all without him! Would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Metro Realty and agent Jason Kaczmarczyk in particular were extremely helpful and enthusiastic while I desperately attempted the apartment search at the end of August. Despite the late date, Jason found a great apartment that had absolutely every requirement I'd thought of and more, while staying within my small budget. I felt it was superior service and I highly recommend Metro Realty to anyone looking for a home, rather than simple housing. It has changed my opinion of Boston realtors completely. Metro Realty showed a true concern for whether I got what I wanted or not, and whether I was actually HAPPY with the outcome. Thanks.

Michael Pallares is a gem!

Michael is fantastic! He helped my wife and I find an amazing place that we brought to a close less than 5 weeks after we started. From the beginning I was sending him updates on what we were thinking only to find him online late at night narrowing down a list of homes for us to see.

I can be a demanding client. I have a background in RE and knew what we were looking for and I don't like to waste time. Within just a few home visits Michael was able to listen to our comments and quickly start showing us one great option after another.

When we did ultimately find "the one" he went above and beyond, picking up the ample slack when the other agent or vendors dropped the ball to keep our deal on track. Not only do I highly recommend him, I will definitely use him again if I buy or sell anything in eastern Mass. I was lucky enough to get referred to MP through a friend and I feel compelled to do the same because he is a rare gem in an industry filled with rocks... =) You won't be disappointed.

Michael was great. He did everything to help my wife find a house. He did not waste our time looking at houses that were not within our parameters - knowing that we were on a tight deadline and had only a limited amount of time to look.

Great, professional team

Michael Pallares is simply the best real estate agent that I have ever worked with. He is professional, knowledgeable and incredibly nice. With his help, we were able to find -- and close -- on what I consider to be a great condo -- and all within 60 days and at a very reasonable price. Great for first time home buyers
