I'm Japanese.I was looking forward to going to GINZA because I have heard it 's pretty good. But I was totally disappointed! The waitresses' attitudes were so BAD.They treated me like a little kid, though I am a grownup. What is more, when I didn't give them a tip because I didn't want to,they brought the bill to us again! Also the sushi didn't taste good.I do prefer "Blue Fin" in cambridge. I wonder why there are no Japanese waitresses in GINZA?They are Asian, but they are not Japanese at all.

Editor's Review

Brookline's outpost of the popular Chinatown sushi emporium delivers equally satisfying Japanese treats in roomier, comfier environs.  See the full editorial review.

Insider Tips

Save Money

Students and budget-conscious diners should head elsewhere, as cheaper (but not better) sushi can be found nearby around youthful Kenmore Square.
