poor customer service

the girl brittney that has worked there for quite some time now needs to get a new job. she is always extremely rude and quite snobbish and not only towards me. one time i wanted to go tanning at 8:30 (they close at 9) and she sighed and rolled her eyes. the last time i checked the tanning salon closed at 9. and on top of that she had her boyfriend lounging around waiting for her to get out. since when do boyfriends wait around at a work place? unprofessional. whether it is answering the phone or welcoming. you can tell she does not want to be there. when you walk into a business you want to be welcomed with a big smile and a bright attitude. this girl does the exact opposite. she looks miserable. i hope she is looking for other jobs on the market because it is plain to see that she is not happy and easily turning away their business. she needs a lesson in providing customer service.

Getting worse every year...

I have been an on and off customer of this place. The sungate beds are awesome but don't try the regular ones. It's clean in overall. But that's about it. Very poor managing overall...Last summer, there were big huge mosquiotos in their rooms, and imagine you are covered with nice smelly sticky suncreams in a sun bed. Oh the mosquiotos loved it. So I stopped going for a while, but bought a package and had some more money left in the package. They couldn't reimburse, but said that I can use it anytime within a year... It's been about 8 months, I called them up to use them, and they said my name was not in the system...That's it..Nothing more, not even, "Sorry, is there anything I can help you to get you back started again, let me talk to my manager?" Not even a thing...I had to ask for the new pricing and the packages, but that was it, too...Not even, "come over, let's get you started again.." I'm a customer that already had problems twice and I'm still asking for their prices, (only because their location is so convinient), but even then they couldn't put an effort to be welcoming... Very poor service, very poor managing...To be fair, they were good a couple of years ago, but last summer and obviously this summer, they should close down the place...

Waste of time

beds didn't even get me tan i got a good price with student cupons but that's it. I got a lotion on sale thats the pro.. n towels.. besides that sketchy.

Best Service in Town

The euipment here is great , the beds are well maintained and are super strong. I personally love the sungate. The best thing about this place are the girls who work there. They are exceptionally friendly and willing to help. One girl I who was working the other day is the most knowledgable person that has ever served me at a tanning salon. This place is great for beginning tanners or experianced ones who are looking to achieve an even darker color! I also love the lotion selection here. The prices are great. I have used a lotion called x-power which was amazing and recently I bought dark secrets and it is by far the best tanning lotion I have ever used and I have been tanning for a while! I love this place, you need to check it out if you aren't into snobby girls with attitudes who work at most other salons!

• Cons: somewhat small, sometimes a wait, but appointments are accepted so call ahead!

Cheap Tanning

so coming to Boston from new york i needed to find a great tanning place. i did intensive research as i am a tanaholic. Most places here were way overpriced compared to what im use to. This place gets you uultra tan, has great lotions, and considerably cheap. i tanned once in the dr mullers bed sunsomething and have been tan for two weeks. The only con is that the room looked a little sketch and looked like it was under construction but the beds were super clean.
