I worked at the O'Neil Federal Bulding Child Care over ten years ago. The staff was treated with little or no respect and the turnover was incredibly high... when I left after 2 years there was no one working there that was working there when I started. The directors were lazy, indifferent and straight up mean. The playgrounds were unsafe. The rooms were not age appropriate. I have been working in the field over ten years now and have never worked in a place as bad as this.
