The WORST Customer Service

My 87 year old mother has been waiting 7.5 hours at the ER at South Shore Hospital. After an initial evaluation they said she would be immediately admitted to a room. Five hours later and no admittance. What has happened to this hospital?

• Cons: rude inconsiderate staff; 8 hour wait ER!

LAZY Staff, Poor Treatment

Being a long time south shore resident I can tell you South Shore Hospital is HORRIBLE! My wife took our 2 year ago to the emergency room. He was very dehydrated and in serious condition. The staff left them sitting there for over 6 hours while they laughed, drank coffee and waited the clock for there shift to end.

Six months ago my nephews mother in law went up there with a broken arm and waited over ten hours for anyone to even talk to her. These people are rude, lazy and Incompetent.
