Knowledgeable staff will explain only what's needed for computer repairs. Great selection of new & used items. They've repaired computer for me affordably when others have demanded top $ & poor results. I find them to be extremely honest & helpful. They take the time to explain options. Also have purchased desktop that is still in great working condition, super fast w/lots of extras at lowest price around!
