shady dealer!

Be aware that this dealer refusesd to give my deposit back on a bike! after pulling my credit report, i agreed to finance with them and met all of the criteria they needed (including down payment). after a couple weeks they said they need 50 percent down, or they cant finance. I simple said no thanks, and they will not refund my several hundred dollar deposit. flat out wrong, and illegal!

Awsome experiance

I brought my bike in for a first service on the maintaince plan that I had purchased with my bike. Shortly after dropping the bike off I recieved a call from the service department telling me that I had a tack in the rear tire but not to worry because I had also purchased the road hazzard protection so the tire would be covered and only had to pay for the mount and balance. Even with the extra work, my bike was finished when promised. thanks guys.

A bunch of SCUMBAGS!!!!!

Absolutely without a doubt, the WORST service I have ever experienced. Had my fathers bike for 8 weeks. Was supposed to be a 2 week job. He called every other day for 2 months, and every time he was told either "its on the lift" or "the tech isnt in." I finally called and spoke with a manager- KC, who told me the bike had only been on the lift the last 2 days. Bike is *finally* ready after 7 1/2 weeks. Was supposed to be delivered but my father doesnt want to wait another 2 months so he is going to pick it up. Losers!!!!!

terrible service

The worst for service. Always forget to reattach all parts removed. Nuts, bolts, bolt on accessories etc. Twice overfilled the oil, causing the bike weeks in the shop. A few times picked it up after service and it was dirtier than when I dropped it off, whats up with that.

The service department takes forever to get answers. One instance, becuase of the oil overfill, the hypercharger needed parts replaced. After waiting a week for them to figure out if the part could be orded, I called Kuryaken myself and then conferenced in the service department, after a 5 minute call Kuryaken said the part was under warranty and they shipped it out that day free of any charges. Also had to have the bike towed 60 miles to get it there.

There is a new service manager and they took responsibilty for their screw up, but they overfilled the oil a second time afer that. And they still somehow manage to screw up scheduled drop offs.

Will be looking for a new bike in 2008 and this is the last place I will buy it, even though they are only 5 miles from my house.

WORST MOTORCYCLE SERVICE IN GREATER BOSTON

Horrible - DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE. Dropped it off to get the front end fixed, never called when it was done, didn't fix the problem, called them to ask about it, was put on hold and then hung up on. If they make things right I will write another posting but after seeing all the other reviews - not hopefull.

WORST SERVICE BUNCH OF LIARS

dont ever bring bike to parkway worst service had bike in there for three weeks for a gasket keep calling every couple days said couldnot find it or was backed ordered found my self one phone call to riverside in somerville did job my self in 3 hrs they told me 4 hrs x 80 dollars an hour i have never work on a bike in my life thanks to them i miss a bike trip today to lake george THANKS PARKWAY F***K YOU

dont get soaked

bought a bike brand new, waited 8 hours for title, after 600 miles service bike was slower, leaked oil (they forgot to replace bolt after adjusting valves) bike puffed white smoke.. bike fouled plugs twice, do to incorrect carb setting..

also brought sons bike in, recentley they told me it just needed a carb cleaning, they wanted to do a leakdown test change plugs,install a dyno jet kit, I told them, lets no rack up a bill, just clean carbs, I spoke with 3 people there and got three prices. after confronting them on this, and the fact I did not want any other work done, they said becaUSE THE BIKES 10 years old they cant service them.. they suck!!!
