The Private Lessons Rock!

This is a uniquely, beautiful studio with many options for all levels of Yoga and Pilates study. The owner, as well as the various instructors are all very professional, warm and welcoming. It is a clearly well run studio, with very knowledgeable instructors, so you will get the sense that you are in very capable hands. I fully recommend Balance to everyone.

• Pros: They are very thorough and work you to the core!
• Cons: NO CONS!!

Beautiful and Relaxing Studio with great Instructors!

The instructors at this 'green' Pilates/Yoga Studio are not only experts, but also friendly, patient, and dedicated to their student's growth. The atmosphere is pleasant, the Warm or Hot Vinyasa Yoga classes invigorating, the Hatha Yoga classes relaxing and the Pilates classes are belive it or not, addictive. I am so grateful to have this wonderful Studio in our town.

• Pros: Perfect studio to learn Pilates and Vinyasa Flow Yoga.

Grateful for Balance Studio

The Balance Studio is exactly what a yoga/pilates studio should be and more. The instructors and great and everyone is friendly and professional. The studio is clean and bright and the classes are varied enough for all levels. My mother takes classes there as well and we both feel we leave there better than we entered!

Home away from home

I have been working out at Balance since the studio opened. The workouts are amazing but it's the instructors that keep me coming back. They are true experts in both fitness and health. I feel happy when I am in there and that's not always the case when working out:) Thanks Balance. You guys are the best!

The South Shore has finally arrived! Balance Studio gives us people living in suburbia access to the equipment and cutting edge classes that historically only Boston enjoyed. The spaceous floorplan, the fresh interior all speak to the refreshing atmosphere Balance delivers. Try the Balance Barre class for the workout that will change your body. The pilates equipment is top of the line with expert instruction. I got rid of my gym membership after starting with Balance Studio!

I just love Balance Studio

Finally on the South Shore there is a beautiful, clean new studio for yoga and Pilates. The teachers are awesome and the atmosphere is welcoming. Every time I enter their space I immediately let my tensions flow away. They have classes that will kick your but or mellow you to melting.

The schedule is great as well. Lots of classes that span the course of the day and great classes for my kids.

• Pros: Balance Studio is great for either Yoga or Pilates!
