Great Apartment/Amenities

Seaport is a wonderful place to call home. I have been here for almost a year now and would not think about moving. The staff were more than friendly and remained patient while answering all of my questions prior to move in. The amenities are great and I did not find anything comparable at this price. Highly recommend.

Rip off

I lived here for the last year. Main gripes are rip off parking at the building ($20/hr), noise from construction right outside, management team IMHO inflexible/unreasonable, patchy cell phone service, main trash area is always a mess and dogs have urinated in building/elevators on a few occassions (which doesn't get cleaned up very quickly). Would give it a miss...

Pros: Friendly concierges, close to the airport
Cons: Management company

DO NOT RENT HERE

This is by far the worst apartment building in which I've rented. The apartments are incredibly overpriced and nothing special. But what really makes this place hell on earth is the management company. They will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING - e.g., don't even think about renting the "event space" unless you're willing to pay a cleaning fee of several hundred dollars. And when you move out it gets even worse. And everyone in that office is a complete moron. As a result, they end up firing people frequently, only to replace them with people worse than the originals. I'm telling you, do not rent here! There are plenty of better deals in Boston.
