I buy flowers at University Florist all the time on line, and never had any problems. They have nice pictures with good description, big selection and reasonable prices. I would recommend them to others.

Perfect customer service with always delivery on time. I would highly recommended this florist store for the freshest flowers.

I ordered some flowers for a friends funeral. They didn't deliver the flowers (no reason given), and it took me 3 phonecalls and a letter before they refunded my credit card. Think twice before ordering from these people.

I used it twice for sending gifts to my girlfriend who was studying in BU (while i were in Spain). Email conversation was perfect. Also delivery was very pleasant. They called her when she wasn't there to pick up the package, etc. Very very nice. Services like that are not common here in Spain. Very professionals.
Pros: Customer Service and delivery times
Cons: Maybe the price?

I used this shop many times for ordering flowers to be delivered to my friends and relatives living in Boston-Cambridge area. The service, timing and the quiality of flowers always were the best. Highly recommend to use; definitely the best florists in town!

My boyfriend got me flowers for my birthday they were very beautiful and they lasted long time. If you looking for a good florist that would be it. I highly recommend them

I recently ordered flowers for my girlfriend's graduation from University Florist (on very short notice) and could not have been happier with the quality of the arrangement and the prompt delivery. Very competitive prices as well. Thank you! Highly recommended.

I bought flowers for my girlfriend two times from this shop and both times they were very fresh and smelled good. My girlfriend was very happy and said they lasted a very long time. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend this florist.
