Very good wax, but not the fastest
by alfk82 at Citysearch
I've had a number of brazilian waxes at Sasha Salon, including my first ever wax. The staff is very nice, soothing and really made me feel comfortable when I first went it.
The estheticians are very thorough with the waxing, making sure to tweeze after waxing to try and do the best job, which I appreciated, however, every wax I got took approximately 20-25 minutes, which is too long, in my opinon. Certainly, I recommend the salon if you want a meticulous waxing/tweezing.
I probably went here for about a year, but since have found a better place for brazilians that is faster and cheaper.
- Cons: Parking, Slow at hair removal, Price
Perfect place!!
by Lauren321 at Citysearch
Great location!!! Atmosphere was great. Music was great. The service was great. I went there and saw Erica for a facial and a wax. She gave the best massage! She also answered all of my questions regarding my hormonal breakouts and had some great recommendations for products to use. I bought a moisturizer that my skin is addicted to! I will definitely return. Curious to find out how the massages are...any ideas?
best spa in cambridge!

Went to sasha for the first time today and saw Paula. Very friendly reception, unlike other I went to Cambridge last week. I had laser hair removal and Paula made me very comfortable and was very knowledgable about the laser hair removal. Answered all of my question, I already booked my next facial and laser appointment. She's great!
- Pros: great location, reasonable prices, friendly staff, clean
- Cons: none!
Best wax ever, 0 pain
by AnnaShanley at Citysearch
This is the ultimate place to get a bikini wax. Cristin did mine and she was super friendly and professional. You can almost fall asleep because the process is so painless. It's AMAZING! I'm never going to back to the other place I used. The wax at Sasha's is of great great great quality, no strips!!! Amazing!
- Pros: professional, friendly staff, no pain wax, nice atmorsphere, very clean
Great Service - esp Tatyana
by Emic at Citysearch
I hate to recommend her because I don't want her to be booked - but Tatyana is wonderful - great waxing great facials. She really took the time to understand my needs and problems. And the availability of same day apointments is wonderful.
- Pros: Great staff
- Cons: Not the most relaxing athmosphere - but pretty good
professional, good results, not painful at all
by mezzogal at Citysearch
I had a bikini wax at Sasha almost three weeks ago and, happily, can report zero ingrown hairs! This hasn't been the case at other spas. Doreen did my wax and she was very friendly (but professional) and made the experience one of the most painless I've had. She truly listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. The wax she was high quality, too. The only complaint I have is that Doreen did not apply any kind of skin soother to me after the wax, which I thought was standard practice. At other spas, they apply witch hazel or essential oils or something to calm the skin, but she didn't. Perhaps I was supposed to request it. I didn't leave in pain, but I think some of the redness I experienced could have been prevented if she'd applied something to the skin immediately after.
- Pros: Price, service, excellent quality
Natasha is wonderful
by linnytrap at Citysearch
I have seen it all in terms of bikini wax: high end, low end, and everything in between. By far, Natasha has been the best! I was in a pinch and Natasha was booked, so I recently visited Beaucage, which was hailed by Allure as the best bikini wax in Boston. Well, I left there having paid more than I have EVER paid for a bikini wax...and the next day, was greeted with a bunch of ingrowns, despite using TendSkin.
Waxing at Sasha is completely reasonable in price, and leaves you with what is easily the most superb, long-lasting result. Don't bother with anywhere else. And if they're booked, wait it out. Natasha is worth it!
- Pros: natasha, no attitude, amazing product line, perfect results
- Cons: nada!
Diane was the BEST waxer EVER.
by afinlarc at Citysearch
I have been going here for about three years and tried each person at this salon for my lip wax. I have very fine, blonde hair - difficult to see. Diane was the only one who did a perfect wax every time. Her attention to detail and friendly manner were top notch.
Unfortunately, she is no longer there. Can ANYONE please tell me where she's gone?
great facial
by ashley001 at Citysearch
I had a wonderful, relaxing facial with Doreen and have had the same experience with Tatiana. They know thier stuff. They know skin. They do an excellent job. Friendly, clean, and no pressure. I got a great massage followed by an ultrasonic facial (cutting edge) followed by the manual facial. I came out feeling rejuvinated.
- Pros: Seem to really know skin
- Cons: doors are thin, noise travels easily while you are trying to relax
No nonsense skincare

I have been to Sasha 3 times for eyebrow and lip waxing (total = $36) with three aestheticians: Natasha, Lena, and Paula. Each time I walked in without an appointment and they were able to fit me in immediately. I had great experiences with all three aestheticians: they were all extremely professional and took my eyebrows very seriously, taking 20-30 minutes to make sure everything was perfect, and following up with antibiotic lotion. They don't push products on you but will recommend things if you have questions. It costs a little more than other salons, but they are so thorough that a brow shaping lasts a full month (with a little tweezing in between on my part), instead of two weeks like when I have it done at the other places. It has a very European, no-nonsense, serious spa quality to it, which some Americans might not like if they want to feel completely pampered or like they just made a new friend, but I appreciate the efficiency. And it's not like it's a totally severe environment since they do pump soothing music in to all of the treatment rooms.
- Pros: experienced aestheticians, low-heat wax great for sensitive skin
- Cons: a little on the expensive side
