Disappointed

decided to send my parents an alterative to Valentine's Day flowers. I chose Formaggio Kitchen to send them a gift basket they could enjoy for lunch. Well I ordered two days in advance and agreed to pay $20 extra for a special courier. Well the order never arrived. When I called to question the problem I was told my order was lost and the only time I could have the basket delivered was 3pm. Way too late for lunch. If you go in the store is nice but dont use the company to send anything anywhere!
