Terrible service and a long wait

A-Z kept my car for a solid week before giving me an estimate on fixing some windshield wipers! When I dropped off the car, I explained that I really needed this fixed quickly since this was right before a trip I was planning and it was going to rain. After a week of calling every day, when I went to see them, they kept me waiting for 45 minutes and were extremely rude about their estimate, which included many items that were completely unneccessary. When I asked if they could fix the wipers, they told me that it would be several more days so I brought the car to another repair shop that fixed this for me in one day. I felt like A-Z was just trying to pump me for money and they treated me very poorly and unprofessionally. I had been a customer for a year before they did this and had other issues with them in the past that I overlooked. After this experience, I will never go back.

I have taken this matter into personal consideration since your statements completely contradict our mission. We understand that the customer is the most important element to our field of work. Unfortately, I was never made aware of this situation until your review. I am here every day and wish that you had come to me as soon as you experienced any problems.
