Authentic Brazilian Cuisine. Cafe brazil is the perfect enviroment for just a glass of wine and an appetizer or for a romantic dinner. On weekends they feature Ronaldo Renner, an excellent musician. The food is absolutely PERFECT, and they also have a great selection of wines and delicious desserts.

The only problem is the waitresses, they are not well trained.

But the owner always make sure you are well served and satisfied.

Consistently good. We've eaten here several times in the past year, and have always enjoyed it. It's especially nice in the evenings when they have live music. The food is consistently good, and so is the service. You can't beat the price.

Terrible!. We had been here a few times before and had a decent experience...but now we will never go back. We came in at 2:15 for a snack. At 3pm, after an appetizer, the owner checked on us. We said we didn't need anything else now, but would like to hold onto a menu. He then picked up both of the menus...and brought us a dinner menu. The only difference was the prices. When we complained, his explanation was that at 3pm the computer changes to dinner prices.I was really disgusted A. about this policy..because we had been there for almost an hour already and B. after a customer expressed dissatisfaction, he rather let a customer leave dissatisfied than fix the situation. I suggest you spend your money elsewhere...because if something should go awry in your dining experience at Cafe Brazil, the owner does not care if you come back.

Smiling servers, live music and authentic Brazilian cuisine lure patrons from far and wide to Allston.. In Short
Residents from all over the greater Boston area flock to this charming eatery in search of authentic Brazilian cuisine and live entertainment. The beaches of Brazil's coastline adorn the walls in colorful murals. Huge sizzling dishes of beef, chicken and sausage ensure no guest leaves hungry. The friendly, knowledgeable waitstaff is happy to offer menu suggestions. If desert is an option, consider the pudim, a rich baked custard pudding topped with sticky caramel sauce.

Going downhill?. I think Cafe Brazil is going downhill... The past few times I have been just have not been like the rest. Last time I went, my water was never refilled, we were not told about the specials, and we were handed the check before we got the chance to ask for coffee/dessert.

comfrot food. whenever my usband and I are looking for a night out in town it seems that we gravitate toward Cafe Brazil. The menu is delicious .... I have yet to try a dish with which I was not completely satisfied. Portions are generous and flavors are just wonderful. The owner is a pleasure to talk to and to do business with. The staff is friendly and provides good service. I thoroughyl enjoy the music and the small dining area is perfect for a casual get together or a romantic dinner. Hats off to the new mural on the back wall ... it adds a wonderful flavor to an already lucious resturant!

10. Have you ever danced in the streets of Rio for Carnival? Visited the white sands of Buzios or Forteleza? Eaten a churrasco in Sao Paulo? For a taste of Brazil, go to Cafe Brazil. The food is out-of-this-world. The seasonings on the food turn American style foods into indescribable delicacies. Definitely go on a weekend night to enjoy soft music by the guitarist. A restaurant to enjoy on a date, with a group of friends or for a business meeting. Two thumbs up! A hidden jewel!
