Great value

I'm giving it a 4 stars cause of the price and service they provide. I've never had problems with fungus are anything of the like. I'm also here to defend this place because I've been a loyal customer for a number of years. I think the other reviewer is probably a competitor in the area since Glitters gets all the business in that part of town.

No frills nail salon

My friends and I have been going to glitters for over 3 years now and I have never heard any complaints about fungus. The only complaint I have is that at certain times they are very busy and there?s a short wait. Other than that I think glitters is a very good salon and did I mention the price?!?! For the quality you cannot beat the price.

I just read the other review posted and I had to somewhat defend Glitters. While it definitely is not a "spa experience" it is not the worst place ever as suggested by the other reviewer. It is not 100% in terms of the ambiance but I have been going to Glitters on an off for about 8 years and have never ever gotten any kind of fungus. They are always busy so I can't imagine that the place is as bad as the other person suggests. I think that they do a great job on pedicures and they last a long time. They are cheap and convenient and even open on Sundays. I have had terrific pedicures elsewhere but they are always way more expensive and quite frankly I don't see a huge difference in what the more expensive places do versus Glitters. It is a good place to go if you want a no frills, get the job done and get out service but not a treat yourself to a day at the spa type place by any means.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This nail salon will make your worst nightmare come true. The facility is FILTHY and the tools the nail technicians use are worse. After going here several times, I have fungus in my nails. Disgusted, I went to a nearby (and much more expensive) salon, and the technician there divulged that she sees many, many customers coming from Glitters with nail fungus. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT HEALTHY NAILS!!!
