The BEST deal at Logan.

They ARE hard-core Boston. When you walk in ask about the Soxs, Celtics or Patriots. I left my BlackBerry in the car, the parker saw it and asked if I wanted it. After you come in from overseeas if you need something immediately they know all the places in the neighborhood. Service is always fast and courteous. I would never go anywhere else.
- Pros: Fast, cheap, professional
- Cons: Need flat screen for Red Sox games in the office.
Disappointed in the polite service!

I was extremely disappointed in my experience at Paul's Lo-Cost Airport Parking. After the reviews I'd read — "If you seek cold, unfriendly, argumentative personel, then this is the right place for you" — I was dismayed when the desk attendant and the driver didn't insult me or argue with me. The van driver even sang along to the radio, and wished us a pleasant day! Oh well. I was looking for acerbic misanthropes; I will just have to keep on looking.
- Pros: cheap, non-corporate, prompt
convenient and cheap

I've parked here numerous times and it's cheap and the service is quick and reliable. When you get to the airport you give them a call and they're there to pick you up at the airport by shuttle. Your car is then ready at the lot waiting for you.
- Pros: Cheap
- Cons: none
It is what it is

It's a parking lot. And it's the cheapest parking lot near Logan. They're hard-core Boston, through and through and I wouldn't be surprised if they know where Whitey Bulger is. But they've always treated me with respect, the shuttle is efficient, and my car is warmed up and waiting for me when I get back to the lot. If you want a little more polished customer service and don't mind paying for it, there are other lots nearby (Thrifty, Park 'n Go, etc.), but if you want to save some money and don't mind if they're a little rough around the edges, this place should do for you. If you're going to be there a week or more, ask for the corporate rate and/or bargain with them a little before you take the luggage out of your trunk. Just ask, "If I'm going to be gone X days, what can you do for me?" It always works for me.
- Pros: Price
- Cons: Not the most polished customer service
Agreed - Rude, Rude, Rude

At $18/day seeing that I can park at the airport for $16/day I would expect a little courtesy. I called to ask the pricing and as I tried to ask a second question when the guy just hung up on me. Go else where such as Thrifty Car Rental, they're a few dollars more but polite.

What more do you want? You're in Boston, paying $15 a day for parking. They are quick to pick you up and your car is running and waiting for you. The staff is always pleasant with me and very helpful when I travel alone with a toddler, offering to help pack the car with my bags. I wouldn't consider another place.

I did not even get past one minute on the phone with the guy. He actually hung up on me when I was asking what the hours of operation are. I will not even consider giving them my business.
Great Airport Parking

We've used Paul's Airport Parking for years. Even when other parking lots offer discounts, Paul's is still less expensive. I've found that everywhere I go, if I am a courteous customer, I get courteous service. Paul's is no exception. I am happy for the service and I have always been treated with respect. It ain't the Ritz, but I'm not really looking for a red carpet...let's get real...it's a parking lot. You drive up, check in at the office, someone takes your luggage and puts it in a van while someone else parks you car for you. You call when you land and your car is waiting for you when you get there. In the winter, the snow is brushed off and the heat is on. What more do you want?
- Pros: Inexpensive, good parking, fast
awful customer service
by eroscoe
You will save a few dollars off of the economy parking price at the airport; however, the staff and the management (especially a guy named Pat) are extremely rude. They do not know the first thing about how to treat customers. From the way they answer the phones to the way they greet you, it is clear they do not believe they need to be nice. If you seek cold, unfriendly, argumentative personel, then this is the right place for you.
