Home estimation for Residential Central Air and Heating Unit

So I thought I would try my luck looking through YellowBook to find a Heating and Cooling company that can replace my dead Central Air/ Heating unit. Made the call to United and talked with a field technician. I felt like he really didn't know much of anything. So I ask if it was a good idea to actually take a look at the unit first so that he could visually confirm for me that he could replace it with a similar unit. He hesitated for a bit and finally agreed. So a few days later, I am waiting for him to show up. He gets here 40 minutes late and then got MIA after I let him in through the front door of my house complex. Still have not heard a thing from him and I tried calling him direct via redial. Great service. They can't even find there way through a paper bag.

Completely bad service

We call this company expecting to receive at least some service. They sent a technician who came , did something on my central heating system and left without saying anything. The problem was not solve of course I have been trying to communicate again during the last three weeks with an unsuccessful result. Their telephone assistants always say that somebody is going to call me but it never happens. More than 6 telephone call and always the same message and the same NO attention. This company does not care about their customers. I really do not recommend anybody to work with them.

This company is completely unreliable. The person who came to replace the thermostat, did not have its ovn, after I provided him with the thermostat a week later it was not working again. I have called the company about 10 times in 5 days leaving emergency messages and still not one has called me back. It looks like they only know how to take the money and once they do, they never come back. Be aware.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
