Quality Care in a family environment

I witnessed multiple people come and go during their stay at this facility and many of the employees treat the residents as if they were their own family members. The services offered are provided by such a caring staff and they do try to go out of their way to ensure you have had a positive experience under the provision of care the facility is offering. The renovations that have been completed to this facility are just the start of amenities that are being upgraded, but the longevity in the staff is what is impressive and they all treat each other with respect and the clients are thought of first. You do not find this type of mind set in traditional care settings.

• Pros: Inner city location close to all the boston hospitals. Secured facility great parking,close to the t-station
• Cons: building is in the process of upgrading
