Really bad service

First they are very nice talking people and they lie on what they say......Once they get you signed in the contract, you will have to abide by their rules.... Never ever go to them.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER GOOD EXAMPLE OF SH#TTYCAR DEALER!

This place flat out s*cks for customer service. I bought my car early Feb 09. This first day I picked the car up, I noticed on the ride home that things were not done during service. Simple things to, making sure the cars tires were balanced, and make sure all the lights work. Lets just say, I couldnt even drive home on the highway thats how bad the tires were misaligned, and on top of it the reverse lights dont work. I live in framingham and know its a drive to dorcester. I understand it would be a drive or so to get the car and have it inspected. So, I call my sales guy the day after I got home, told him the problems and brought it in. The car some how passed inspection without reverse lights and I had to come back 6 times now and the problem is still being fixed, tomorrow is Mar 1st. This is just crazy, not to mention they did a crappy job, fixing up the bumper with touch up paint, and they bl*w, they only give you 3 gallons of gas. Nice dealer, you spend over 10,000 for a car and they give you 10bucks worth of gas. I had to yell at these Aholes to fill my tank and give me a free rental and not pay for gas on it, because its such a long drive for me. THEY S*CK I HATE THIS PLACE, I CANT WAIT TO GO PICK MY CAR UP I HOPE THE OWNER IS THERE!!!!! DONT EVER EVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE, FING DHEADS
