Depends on their mood

When your policy is nearing the end they call you and explain all your options and try to get you to do your home owners, business policys ect with them. When you need to make changes in the middle of the policy they don't have the time for you and are pissy with you.

They made it so easy

These guys dropped my plates off to me after registering my car!

I had an emergency at work and I could not get to their office by the time they closed. One of thier employees dropped my plates off at my building for me at no extra cost.

Very impressive.

Best Insurance Agency

I have never been to a small company where the service was as through and professional. Advise is plentiful and not biased. They advised me what they felt would be my best options but did not attempt to steer me in any way. They seemed extremely dedicated to service and customer satisfaction. I did note that there was an obnoxious individual in the office while I was there and the individaul was delt with somewhat abruptly. I was extremely satisfyed

Bad attitudes

The men that work here are jerks. They have no respect for women. I wish I had gone to another insurance agent. They never return phone calls and are rude on the phone. They made a few nasty remarks about how impossable women are and that we are never happy. I have left his insurance company and took my business else where. Trust me, they enjoy taking your money but not doing thier job.......go somewhere else.

Solid insurance agents

I've had auto and renters insurance policies through these guys for several years and I've always found them to be very professional. During policy transactions, they are very efficient and won't waste your time unnecessarily. On the other hand, if you ask them to slow down and walk you through your options, they will do so.

I once went in and asked about umbrella insurance after reading some Internet article about its virtues. They explained to me why, based on my limited net worth at the time, it was unnecessary and in some ways undesirable. That impressed me, since they are fundamentally part salesmen, and who talks a willing customer out of a sale?

I moved in from out of state

I found them to be extremely helpful when I moved to Boston. They made it extremely easy to get insured and registered in the South End. They were helpful in every way and the rate I pay is the exact amount they quoted.

My husband loves their insurance agents. Okay when we're at fault. But when we need help negotiating with another insurance agency, it's slow going.

AVOID GETTING YOUR TAXES DONE HERE!!!!!!!!!!

I have got my taxes done at Goll for 2 years now. However, this year they made numerous mistakes on my taxes. When I found out they had made mistakes and not filled proper forms I notified the business to have them fix the problem. I had provided them will all the proper documentation, however, they had failed to properly prepare my taxes. When I arrived I was yelled at and told, "It is my fault for not checking their work before I signed my taxes." I don?t know in what universe I would need to check someone else?s work to make sure they had done their job correctly. They were hostile and arrogant in correcting the problem they had made. Furthermore, I have checked to see if this company is a licensed certified public accountant and they are not. Do not trust this business with your taxes unless you want to take the chance they will improperly prepare your taxes.
