I made a serious mistake of not listening to friends when I travel who told me not to carry a laptop on my shoulder. It was Copley Health Alliance Services who gave me the correct medical information and treated me back to normal.

I would recommend the services of Copley Health Alliance and continue to use them for my chiropractic needs.

Life-saver for me

I've had stress related back/neck problems for years, when a problem arises, a couple of sessions with Dr. K and I'm good as new. She has done miracles with helping me maintain a healty and fit life. It is tough getting old, I'm 58 and fighting it.

The Best Chiropractor i have gone to in Boston. Very professional,and finally somebody who really cares.

I have had back issue for a while and honestly have been to 2 other boston chiroprators, who have been professional, but the methods didnt seem to work at least for me. A friend referred me to Dr. Kiehn, because she had had great results, so i gave it a try and she fortunately was located near me. She is across from the Boston Public Library, and the Copley subway stop, so very close for me, office and home. She had a different techique, with warm heat and painless muscle relaxer system, not really sure how it works, but its great. It makes the treatment so much better, and i actually look forward to it. Enough about that, it works, My back has never been better. She is very brite, and in 3 treatments I was up and around, feeling great, Believe it or not she actually called to check up and see how i was doing, never pushy, very caring. If your serious check her out. Don't remember the office hours exactly,but its on the phone when you call.

• Cons: dont really find any, she is very popular, but never had issue of her working around my schedule.

Doesn't help - Gave it a go, but no results

I went to see this dr kiehn for almost a year (about 3x a week) - i have a achy back and was hoping that it would be "fixed". After a year, my condition was exactly how it was - she probably had 3 patients going at a time, the procedure was always the same, she hooked you up to the muscle stimulating machine - once the 15 minute was up with that, she would come in and "adjust" you then off you go. i agree with the negative posters here, she uses scare tactics (first time she saw my xray - she said i had scoliosis - the technicians at the lab who reviewed the xray with me saw nothing). Look I want to get better too, you don't have to scare me to get me to come. Then the first time i had to cancel the appointment, they charged me anyway because it was not within the alloted time (even though they told me they would work with me); but they would not think twice if I had to wait an extra 15 - 20 minutes for my appointment. She is abrasive - no question about that; but I am not there to make friends - just want my back to feel better and it did not.

Excellent chiropractic office

I highly recommend Copley Health Alliance. Dr. Kiehn is attentive to my concerns and addresses my needs in a kind and respectful manner. I have been coming for over a year and she has consistently provided excellent care. Most importantly I feel better because of Copley Health Alliance!

I'll Keep Looking for a Good Chiropractor

I went to Desiree D'Agostino for the first time a few months ago. She spent some time going over my general history and complaints -- and gave me a quick adjustment with her activator. She seemed somewhat knowledgable, but I found her approach and bedside manner off-putting and cock-sure. She didn't have time to delve into the particulars of my case. At one point, she was openly rude to me and confrontational when I questioned her suggested course of treatment -- "take it or leave it" was basically her response. I look for more compassion than that in my chiropractor. I wouldn't go back again.

Also -- did anyone notice that there weren't any reviews for Desiree until January 26, 2008, and then there were a cluster of them all saying the same thing? Seems suspicious to me. I wonder why the other one-star review isn't readable.

Best chiropractic care I've ever received

I have been a patient of Dr. D'agostino's for over seven years. In that time she has helped me manage a shoulder problem which has plagued me for years, and one whiich other chiropractors were ineffective in treating. I have found both Dr. D'Agostino and her staf to be warm, professional, humorous, on time and compassionate. The treatment plan we conceived together has helped me be able to participate fully in activities again. Copley Health Alliance is a great place for care on a multitude of levels. What a relief to know that there are professionals with expertise and integrity who also like to laugh and enjoy their time with their patients.

Excellent Care

I have been a patient at Copley Health Alliance for two and a half years. Throughout this time I have always found Dr. Desiree D'Agostino and her staff are helpful, friendly and professional.

On my first visit with Dr. D'Agostino she sat down and talked with me, trying to understand my pain and history. She evaluated my limited movement, and then used her expertise to develop a treatment plan that has - through time and care - eliminated the daily pain I suffered through back and nerve damage. Life is good!

I have so much confidence in Copley Health Alliance that my three teenage children are patients of Dr. D'Agostino. They all experience pain associated with their participation in sports. Dr. D'Agostino teaches them how to better understand and manage these minor injuries. My youngest daughter has a fear of spinal manipulation. Dr. D'Agostino has worked to effectively manage her care without the use of this practice. Doctor and patient listening to one another... there is no way to put a value on the trust this has built.

I can't say enough about the genuine care and concern that Dr. D'Agostino shows her patients. Everyone should be so lucky to find such a wonderful caregiver.

FANTASTIC!

Dr. Desiree D?Agostino can fix anything. She has improved my general health tremendously and quickly alleviated the symptoms of an injury I've had as well as permanently solving the issue. I've seen many Doctors who told me that surgery was the only answer. Dr. D?Agostino is a miracle worker, hands down! She can take a chronic problem and find a simple solution. This woman dispels any qualms one might have about chiropractic work. SHE IS AMAZING! Her office is quiet, private and convenient.
