these guys are alright

to the people reading this, remember, people are more likely to write a review about the bad than the good. my office is across the street from one of the north washington street lots and i park there when i dont take the train in to work. i have never had a problem parking my car here. they did scratch it once, but fixed the damage no problem, no hassle. sure it ticked me off when it happened, but they r human, and im glad they took care of me... i have witnessed residents of the area expecting to take advantage of these guys and their property. remember people, they are business to make money, not hand out free spots... i noticed the last reviewer mentioned stealing change and clothes? my ashtray is full of quarters for paying meters in boston and ive never once noticed any change missing... and clothes? come on lady...who the hell wants ur clothes... these guys are alright.... they can get a little pricey if theyres a garden event, theyve even charged for coming out very late from work on a night the celtics were playing....but im happy with them

Be Honest "Resident"

You must be special because no one is treated nicely here. My company is close so I have been there. Will not go back...unless I want to find change, sunglasses, or clothes stolen from my car again. These guys are scary!!

i dont understand where this is coming from, i am a resident on north washington street and interact with both lots on this street on a daily basis. i have witnessed nothing but professionalism and courtesy from the guys that own the lot as well as the people they have working for them. these are certainly not the type of people to "rummage" through your cars... honestly i feel that the people that come into town are looking for a problem and give these guys a hard time on everything. i leave my car there on average 5-6 days/nights a week and i have never had a problem....ive even made them an extra key! remember, you get more bees with honey than vinegar, so dont be rude to them and they wont be rude to you

Terrible Service!!! Avoid Pinstripe Parking on North Washington Street!!

I have been to this lot about three times in my life and it gets worse every time. We love concerts! What I don't love is finding a parking attendant SLEEPING in my car as I left the concert a bit early!! This was the last straw!! The price is TWICE what I am used to paying here and the SERVICE STINKS!! They should learn how to be nice to customers. It's too bad that the location is so good. The ignorance and cost will also cause me to NEVER GO BACK!! I can't prove it, but I think my car was rummaged through...PLEASE AVOID!!

great location questionable service poor manners

I hope the folks that run this and work here read these reviews. Maybe if you are a personal friend you get better treatment and service. Having gone to college and earning degrees does not make you someone who is automatically a nice person. Maybe the owners don't really know what their family and friends are ddoing when the interact with the public. I suggest they talk it over. I won't be using this place again. I will walk a bit further to avoid poor service and shabby people skills.

Had a problem with an attendant and they fixed it. I'm really surprised. Good help may be hard to find but the owner is a gentleman.

Sketchy Employees and High Prices

The location is great, but after many years of using this garage on North Washington St. near the Garden, it has taken a turn for the worse. New management is rude and prices are out of control. I suggest you stay away from Pinstripe Parking. I take the T now!! Go Celtics!! Beat L.A.!!

Do not ever use Pinstripe Parking!

I am absolutely disgusted! I parked in the Pinstripe Parking lot on North Washington Street when I saw a show at the BankNorth Garden. I paid $25.00. I left my key with the attendant. I left the show and went to get my car to find that the attendant had left and my car was locked. I called the number and there was no answer! I had no way of getting home and my home keys were in the car! I was left alone with no way home at 11.30pm in the middle of Boston. I was absoloutely petrified!!!!! Do not ever use the Pinstripe Parking Lot on North Washington Street in Boston!

14 Years of Great Service

Suzzy2, your review was quite unfair. The attendants and owners of this lot (and the lots near Boston Garden on North Washington Street) have become personal friends of mine after so many years of perfect service. It's one of the most inexpensive lots in Boston with great customer service. While most of the parking/valet operators in Boston have terrible communication skills and customer service, the majority of Pinstripe's attendants are the owner's family and friends with college educations (and some Master's Degrees). These people truly care about their business and its reputation.

• Pros: Comparably Inexpensive, Easy to Communicate, Great Locations
• Cons: Need more locations with such great service
