A staple in the sun glass world
by simon311b
So this is a hybrid review that I will be posting under all three sun-glass stores in this review. I think it's important to contrast these two stores because I like each one for different reasons. My budget usually ranges from $100 - $300, so these stores have a great high end selection.
The Sunglass Hut is where my affair with sug-glasses began many years ago. It has a wide selection that varies from store to store. The store on Newbury Street has the best high end selection in the area. I've always found their prices to be a little better than in other boutiques when they have the same sunglasses. They tend to go for the more popular designs by the most popular brands. They have good sales, and it's a great store to start your collection because they have lower priced designs that are similar to the top designers as well.
I also like Solstice a lot. My favorite thing about them is the way they display the sunglasses. They make it easy to try on a million pair without feeling like you're bothering anyone. Their selection is better than Sunglass Hut but not as refined as Optical Shop of Aspen. I have had a lot of luck there recently. The Newbury Street store has mixed customer service. I've had some great and a few mediocre experiences in that regard, but the selection keeps me coming back.

Men's and women's brand-name sunglasses from less than $30 to $300, plus a variety of sunglass care items and accessories.
