They empty their dumpsters at 4:30 in the morning

They empty their dumpsters at 4:30 in the morning. Be prepared to be woken up by fingernails on a chalkboard and then kept awake for 30 minutes...

Great place to stay! Very Clean! Great value

by jules8889 at Citysearch

We loved our stay here. I read a negative review shortly before our trip and was a little nervous. I was pleasantly surprised. The carpets were clean, new, and my 14 month old was exploring the room, I had no problem with the cleanliness. I am a very picky and the room was spotless. It almost smelled brand new, like new carpet. Nice port-a-crib for baby-Not a pack-n-play. Excellent location, we got a bargain on priceline for $90/night. the parking was about 30/night. It was well worth and I was willing to pay more and will in the future because we will be back. Pool was nice too!

  • Pros: location, cleanliness, price
  • Cons: restaurant staff, parking fee, no hot tub

Perfect place for a tourist

by kmu at Citysearch

The rooms weren't great, carpet was disgusting, shower didn't drain well BUT great view, very helpful concerige, GREAT location and pretty cheep! When you are in Boston, you don't want to be IN your room so who cares if the carpet is dirty?

  • Pros: good location, balcony-great views, inexpensive
  • Cons: bad carpet, bad shower

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!

by sumkindofgenius at Citysearch

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! Dont believe your travel agent when they tell you this is a 4 star place. it looks nothing like the pics on the website. Youre better off starying somewhere else for close to the same price! unless you like dirty rooms with furniture thats is 15 years old! and rips in the curtains and the sheets! the carpets and the wallpaper is old! our lamps+toilet+remote control were all broken. the food is pretty bad too! we ordered a kings size bed in a no smoking room but we got 2 queens and smelly smoking room when we told the manager at the front desk they told us there was nothing he could do about it. ack!

  • Pros: it kept me dry
  • Cons: outdated/grungy, poor service, barely a 3 star hotel

Great Views!

by foxden6915 at Citysearch

Our stay was nice. The skyscrapers were "right there" and the balcony was fantastic. The beds were a bit mushy but the location is great. :-)

  • Pros: parking, location, balcony
  • Cons: soft beds
