The Musicians
Year after year, some of the best musicians in Boston are working on their diplomas at New England Conservatory. Every week you'll find up to a dozen concerts on the bill, ranging from solo recitals to chamber music to orchestral repertoire, old and new.

Music Styles
The playing ranges from competent to hair-raising. These young musicians are hot and hungry, determined to create an impression as they gear up for the world's most competitive trade. Many of them will jump right out of school into leading ensembles.

The Skinny
The repertoire of NEC concerts is as broad as it gets: It's the school's business to teach their students to play anything and everything, and they don't have to assemble programs with an eye on ticket sales because there aren't any tickets.
