After moving from Quincy to Somerville, I decided to try out a cleaning service. I was tired of spending hours every week cleaning. Enter MaidPro. I can't even tell you how much time has been saved since I started using them. There is nothing better than coming home to clean, fresh, home. When I called for my estimate I learned that they offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service. Bi-weekly fit into my budget the best, so that is what I chose. That frequency is actually really perfect for me. I have 2 cats as well, and MaidPro has no problem vaccuming my couch and other furniture of pet hair. And, on my own, I was never able to get my stove as clean as they do. I still have to do some touch ups in between cleanings, but overall the stress of constant upkeep has been lifted. They also have great customer service. One cleaning a couple of things were missed, and I immediately called the manager to let him know. He was extremely nice and offered a re-clean, but I just asked that it be attended to next time. I have not have an issue since then. I have pretty much consistently had the same cleaner, except for one or two times when she was unavailable. The cleaning staff that replaced her on those days did just as good a job. I am very happy with my MaidPro service and don't know what I would do without them!

Pros: save tons of time, reliable, great customer service and quality

Cons: need to do touch ups in between cleanings

This review is for the location in Parker Colorado. I guess each office is individually owned. Since there isn't an entry for the one in Parker, I'll log that against their corporate office. I was a customer for over a year. One day they said they couldn't get the key box to open on my front door so they were unable to clean that day. I came home that night and tried to open the key box. It work without a problem. Later I find out that they changed me $50. After talking with a lady at the office, she told me that is was because they were locked out of the house. THE WERE NOT LOCKED OUT OF THE HOUSE. THEY WERE NOT SMART ENOUGH TO OPERATE THE KEY BOX. SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY $50 FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE? No way. I fired them on the spot. They didn't seem to care. Sounds like the have a customer service issue. I'd stay away form them.

Pros: Started out good.

Cons: Doesn't care about retaining customers. Unable to work a simple lock box.

I had MaidPro come out to my apartment after I moved into my apartment in September because the previous tenants didn't bother cleaning up before they left. I was very impressed by how well the cleaners did, not to mention managing to clean areas I didn't expect them to (because we were still unpacked in a few rooms). Don't be mistaken by their name though - they may have maid in their name but they really only clean surfaces and won't tidy things up. I didn't know this until after the cleaning, we didn't really need that kind of thing. Like I said, they even cleaned the floors in the room that we (my roommates and I) hadn't unpacked yet. They wiped down countertops, the sink, practically everything in the bathroom (including the unidentifiable marks on the bathroom door!), mopped the floors, got rid of the dust bunnies caused by the carpet piece in one of the bedrooms. It was a nice feeling to come home to a clean apartment. After surveying the place looking to see what they had done, I even found myself with a smile on my face (I'm not the kind of person who cleans unless someone is coming over). And I was happy with the little things - the maidpro sticker on the toilet paper (even cutely folded!), sparkling kitchen sink, even finding out that my roommate's boyfriend was warmly greeted by the cleaners when he stopped by midday. The person on the phone suggested I get recurring service instead of a single cleaning, and I think I'll take him up on it. The few times I've used a cleaner I've usually accepted that they would miss things and not deeply clean certain things (like the bathtub) but maidpro, as far as I can tell, was refreshingly different. If you're looking for a nice service to make things clean and shiny (but don't have a problem with tidiness), maidpro is an excellent choice.

Pros: clean surfaces everywhere, little touches like the folded toilet paper

Cons: they won't pick up after you

awful "service" - did not even use the checklist they brag about - "forgot" to clean under tables and do the sink; blamed it on cleaner's language issues; wily management and business practices; disrespectful of my time and home; did not even show up for second cleaning within the 4 hour time window they insisted on. one star is one too many.

They say it's the little things in life, and this is one of those little things that makes life more enjoyable. MaidPro cleans my house every other week. Sometimes I forget that they're coming and when I return home from a busy day at work the first thing I notice is my place smells...clean. I enter the foyer and my place looks...clean. I walk into the kitchen and my place feels...clean. The sheets are changed, the trash is gone, the toilet paper roll even has one of those stickers they use at hotels. I must say, I don't make a lot of money, but I do have a good amount of stress in my life, and this little luxury that I can afford makes me very, very happy. The service is consitent, and the piece of mind in knowing that the cleaners are insured is well worth an extra few bucks over other service providers. And best of all, I haven't had to lift a finger to do more than a spot clean in months!

Pros: Insured, trained and no need to be home while they clean

Cons: A bit pricier than non-insured cleaners

The level of cleaning was poor. I constantly need to call to report the poor job. The manager was nice about it and did have it redone. Even with the "redone" the cleaning is still poor. After each redone, there is still dirt on the floor and marks that clearly proves no clearning was done or done sloppily. Would definitely not recommend this to anyone. I am not a picky person, but it drives me crazy after paying $100, my indoor slippers still turns gray with dirt walking around my apartment right after the cleaning is done!

Pros: Manager is Nice

Cons: Poor Cleaning, Expensive

We have a small 2BR and the cost was $120, which i found steep - but sometimes you want a good clean. What we got was dust bunnys on the hardwood floor and a ring around the toilet and bathtub! i could not be more disappointed
