Rude & burned
by hightstown at Citysearch
Heard about place from friends. Made special trip to bring home. Got rude service and 2 burned pizzas. Kids cried. What a mess. Not worth a 2nd trip
Totally disagree

If you like really greasy pizza, with paper thin soggy crust, then Regina pizza is for you. You literally squeeze the grease from the pizza. There are so many other "mom and pop" pizza/sub shops around that are soo much better.
Pizzeria from Hell

If you like a crowded, noisy, drafty atmosphere, this place is for you. Not only do you have to wait outside in the cold to get a table, once inside you have to deal with brash waitresses who like to boss customers around. The pizza is very overrated. The only positive thing about the experience was that your pizza came quickly once ordered. My favorite part of the evening was when we left.
- Pros: quick service
- Cons: noisy, rude waitstaff, crowded

Average pizza for a mall but not for consumption anytime else
disappointing

Very overhyped and disapointing. VERY greasy pizza (not olive oil, but grease from the cheese). I wouldn't mind the long line and poor service if the pizza was good, but it isn't. For the best pizza, go to Haymarket.
- Pros: none
- Cons: terrible pizza, lines
place is awful

I did not like this place at all. They had a assembly line type pizza and it was cold and not tasty at all.
- Pros: close
- Cons: pizza awful and cold
Regina #1?? NO WAY!!

I think they have a decent pizza, but when it comes to selection, it isn't too large, and they tend to be on the greasy side... I'll eat it every once in awhile, but I perfer Bertucci's...
It's A Chain!

Go to Santarpio's and find out why anyone who says this is the best pizza in Boston is wrong. Thats all I'm gonna say about this.
- Pros: It's a chain
- Cons: It's a chain

I was a frequent visitor to Thatcher Street over the years however they have grown out of their concern for quality. The one in Fanuel Hall is absolutely horrible. I threw the pizza away and the counter man had such an attitude it is no wonder they are still in business there.
- Cons: no parking, poor food quality, bad waitstaff

Uninspired and tired. Much better pizza elsewhere, especially for the $$
