hidden gem for lunch!

wouldn't think of walking into a formal-looking "dinner restaurant" (where you'd order several dishes as in full-course dining) when all you want is a quick, casual rice-dish kind of meal. was brought in by a colleague during lunch one day and found that this place actually has lunch menu. big portion of rice/noodle dishes that start from $5.50 up. it's good for two meals (at least for me) and it even comes w/soup! great find! :)
Pros: excellent lunch deal
Cons: parking might be difficult
