Great Resource for Companies Looking to Hire and For Employees Looking to Be Hired! by Lisa P. at InsiderPages

I used KNF&T Staffing as a resource several years ago when I was looking for a job. I was quite impressed! I did not feel I had much experience, but the knowledgeable staff at KNF&T helped me to realize my full potential and ended up helping me land a fantastic job, which got the ball rolling and ultimately got me to the great professional position I hold today!
When I first came into their offices, they had me take several tests on computers and typing, to assess exactly where my strengths were. They then had a staffperson sit down with me and re-tool my resume and helped me hone my interviewing skills. Once I was ready, I was off! They had me scheduled for 1-3 interviews per day! I had a busy few weeks. I ultimately got several offers, and accepted the best one.
The company helps place office managers, receptionists, admin assistants, etc. They may do other things too. If you are looking for this type of office support job, I would certainly give them a call and see what they can do to help you!
They Don't Return Calls
by Paeanhera at Citysearch
This firm is one of the more aggressive agencies when it comes to getting candidates in the door. However, they seem to forget about you once you're in. I've gone through three contacts in the eight or so years I've connected myself to the firm. Thus, that is an average turnover rate. I have good MS Office scores but they seem to have trouble placing me. I used to have contact with one of the higher management personnel in a different line of work; that helped for a while. This is a woman-owned firm. It seems to be a popular kind of business for women to enter and start their own business. There must be at least ten in the Boston area.
- Pros: staff is quite well mannered
- Cons: the staff constantly fail to return calls
