I think employment services are only as functional as their prospective temps, so I'm giving this a satisfactory rating because I'm not sure if the problem was my lack of skills or the service itself. They were very helpful in providing the tests for me and giving me recommendations for potential jobs to match my skills, but I must've been nervous taking the tests because I didn't score very high. I never actually landed a job with this staffing agency but I found one on my own.

They Don't Return Calls

This firm is one of the more aggressive agencies when it comes to getting candidates in the door. However, they seem to forget about you once you're in. I've gone through three contacts in the eight or so years I've connected myself to the firm. Thus, that is an average turnover rate. I have good MS Office scores but they seem to have trouble placing me. I used to have contact with one of the higher management personnel in a different line of work; that helped for a while. This is a woman-owned firm. It seems to be a popular kind of business for women to enter and start their own business. There must be at least ten in the Boston area.

• Pros: staff is quite well mannered
• Cons: the staff constantly fail to return calls
