I'm very please with the service, turn around time and end result. I shopped around and after looking into a variety of resume services I choose this one. I found the writer/editor knowledgeable, fair and efficient. I was pleased to get the intended result as a fair price.

Very helpful and intelligent service. The man who wrote my resume listened more than he talked (which is always a good sign) and when he asked questions they were relevant to my career path. He promised he'd get the resume to me in 5-7 business days but wound up getting it to me within 4. Also the price was very reasonable and there were no add-ons, extra fees or other surprises.
Pros: had option to work over email, telephone or in person (wound up doing all 3)

I have spent nearly 40 hours on my resume in the last 5 years. And have had many friends review it. Some people event liked it. However, my old co-works is now a VP and his press release reads better than a Wheaties box. Me, well, I am an outsourcer; the admins assistance in my building make more than me, and work less too. I got a dead-end job. I love the people, cannot afford to stay. I had nothing to lose, so I set aside the money and took my resume to Joe. I am pretty amazed at the difference. The first facelift brought a smile to my eyes. A complete over hall gave it new life. It now represents the work I have actually done. One day soon, I will be writing my letter resigning to move on.

They turned over my resume for a medical internship in under six hours. I was shocked. It took half that long to find a resume company that spoke good english.
