A Master Jeweler !!!

I first discovered Serjeo when I was searching for a deputy fire chief ring on the internet. There were many choices of mass produced rings and I liked only certain features of each. It became obvious that I would need a custom designed ring and my searches for an artistic jeweler turned up Serjeo.

On our first meeting he was extremely excited at the challange to come up with a concept from the pictures of four rings I had showed him. I told him what I liked and did not like in each ring and he did the rest. Over the next couple of weeks we exchanged e-mails and Cad generated photos until we fine tuned the final product. What a mastepiece! A one of a kind ring to celebrate my retirement.

My most recent experience was for him to re-invent my wife's wedding ring and band. We bought the diamond band elsewhere before knowing Serjeo and found and insert style band at another store. The rings never looked like a set and I finally convinced my wife to get some ideas from Serjeo. We brought the rings in and had him rebuild them from scratch. The amazing part was that we had a basic idea of what the final product should look like and left the design work to him. No where else could you have this confidence when re-designing anything. When we saw the rings they exceeded our wildest expectations. They were the best Christmas present ever. She even sleeps with it on. You could search catalog after catalog and never find this design. A one of a kind sparkler! I also dropped off my band when I picked hers up and am having a past, present, future diamonds set into it. Can't wait to see what you come up with on this one. We can't thank you enough for getting this done for us for the holiday and wish you the best new year.

The Best Of The Best!!

Words cannot truly express how happy I am with my engagement ring by Serjeo! My fiance and I began the whole process by going to different jewelry stores, but could not find anything that excited us. My cousin told me about her fantastic experience with Serjeo, and I immediately called him. He helped me start to think about putting together a portfolio of pictures of rings that I liked. I began emailing him these pictures and talking to him about my ideas. He listened to me, asked questions and offered suggestions during the whole process. It was clear that he was fully committed to making a ring that would "fit" me perfectly! Once the details were set, we met with him to choose the center stone. He was very informative and helpful as we weighed our options. From that point on, Serjeo worked with my fiance to finalize the details. He sent him pictures of the ring as it was being completed, and talked with him about the last steps in this process. The final product is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Every day I am filled with excitement and amazement as I look down at my ring and see how beautiful it is and think about how much it symbolizes to me and my fiance. Serjeo, thank you for making this possible!!

A gifted master at creating one of a kind pieces of jewelry

We searched long and hard to find a jeweler who understood what we were looking for and had the expertise to create it for us. Serjeo's is a small and intimate custom jewelry shop located in the Jewelers Building in downtown Boston. If you are looking for one of a kind pieces that you will not see everywhere this is the place! The earrings that Serjeo made are nothing short of spectacular. We were also looking to upgrade my wife's engagement and wedding rings as well for our twenty-fifth anniversary and were rewarded with custom pieces that took our breath away. Kim, Serjeos assistant, is a consumate professional who saw to it that we had appraisals for our insurance, appointment reminders, parking and refreshments! Honesty, artistic craftmanship and good value all come to mind when we reflect on our dealings with Serjeo. It is well worth your time to make an appointment and check them out.

Best Original Jewler

Serjeo is the best at what he does. If you want great, original jewelry that is of high quality and truly of your own inspiration, then go to Serjeo.

I recently bought an engagement ring from Serjeo and he guided me in creating the exact design I wanted for my wife-to-be. The experience was easy and quick. I created the ring exactly the way I wanted, so it really feels like a gift from me.

Once the ring was completed, Serjeo told me that the service continues forever and that if I had any problems, or just needed adjustments or cleaning, that he would be happy to do it. Serjeo and his secretary were so happy for me and wanted to hear back once I proposed. I will be sure to use Serjeo for my wedding bands, and any other jewelry need in the future.

Knowledgable

Knowledgeable, but nothing spectacular. There are a lot of jewelers in the district so I wouldn't stop here. Very limited selection.

an inventor at his best!

Reviews count and sometimes, like in this case, are true! I am sorry that there are only 5 stars because the person and the jeweler definately deserve more than 5 stars. The story is simple: based on the internet reviews, we ended up having an appointment and a first meeting. Not only he managed by magic to invent our wedding bands the way we wanted - simple but not traditional, but even changed my engagement ring to match my wedding band in a way that gave more splendor to it than it originally looked like. Now we have three rings with the same concept and the whole set seems to be saying the same continuous story. It's just lovely! I am rarely positively impressed by someone, but he really loves his job and this is shown in the attention, expertise and creativity with which he meets your desires!

Amazing Experience

Serjeo created my dream engagement ring at a price my fiance could affford. He spent hours with us educating us about diamonds (we thought we were well versed in the language of diamonds and found out that there is much more than the 3 C's) and then hand selecting the stones for my ring. We asked that he impose his artistic skill to finalize our concept and we were not dissapointed. Don't waste your time with the other jewlers in the building, go straight to the best. Simply amazing craftsmanship and design. Thank you Serjeo!

Impeccable Service!

My fiance had my engagement ring designed by Serjeo and it was absolutely stunning. The quality of the diamond and setting was top notch. We moved from Boston to Virginia about a year and a half ago. When it came time to design our wedding bands Serjeo was our first and only choice. We traveled all the way from Northern Virginia to Boston just to see Serjeo. My fiance and I had no idea what type of wedding bands we wanted. Serjeo helped us through the process and made many helpful suggestions. He never tried to sell us something we didn't want. We are a young couple and price is very important. He helped us to stay well within our budget.

When you meet Serjeo you immediately know that customer service is paramount and his top priority is to create quality work for a fair and competitive price. Serjeo is patient and kind. He did not rush us. We felt welcome and special in his studio. He will help design a piece for you that is uniquely you. I know that my ring is special and nobody else will have anything like it. He is no doubt the best jeweler in Boston and perhaps the country. I will never go to anyone else to buy or design jewelery.

Best Jeweler in Boston, you will NOT be disappointed

I would highly recommend Serjeo. I went to the jeweler that made myoriginal wedding rings. As it was my10 year anniversary, my husband and I decided to get them reset by her. Long story with her that I won't go into as there isn't enough space, ended up with us getting our old setting back ruined and the stones lose.

I didn't know where to turn to get them fixed. I did a google search and up popped Serjeo's name and all those nice reviews. I wasn't sure about them, but decided as all I had was a bunch of stones and a setting that I couldn't use, the situation couldn't get any worse.

Well, Serjeo took his time and examined my stones, pronounced them real (wasn't sure after the way the other jeweler acted shady) and asked me what I wanted. I showed him pictures and he took out some settings he had and we modified them slightly to accommodate what I was looking for. He said they would be ready in 2 weeks and charged me a very reasonable price, he showed me what the price of gold was going for at that moment so I knew he was being honest from the start. He took my ruined settings and gave me money back for them, again, showing me the price right there.

I went and picked up my rings as promised and they look absolutely amazing. I cannot tell you how many comments I receive on them and how many people I tell who to go to for their jewelry. There are a lot of unethical people out there but Serjeo is not one of them. He is in fact a master craftsman and a pleasure to do business with. I cannot say enough nice things about him. I took a chance knowing nothing about him except these reviews and I can say, I am so pleased I would recommend him and his services to the world. Wonderful working with you Serjeo. If anyone bumps into my husband, mention to him how lovely a 40th birthday gift from Serjeo would be!!

A pleasure to work with

Serjeo has been such a pleasure to work with. My fiancee and I heard about him from a friend that bought his engagement ring there. I had a picture in my head of my wedding band and couldn't find it anywhere. Serjeo immediately accommodated my request and 2 days ago we picked up our two rings for the wedding. My ring is light and comfortable, sparkly and beautiful. My fiancee's ring is sturdy and fits his hand size well (i often thing men's rings are too clunky).

Serjeo cleaned my engagement ring (that we got somewhere else) and it sparkles so much now. He said to stop by anytime and he will clean it and my new band.

His prices were in line with other jewelers... except he makes everything from scratch and it is custom done.

Kudos to Serjeo. He understands the drama of weddings and does his best to make getting the rings a seamless process.
