Warm and friendly with an old world charm. And excellent work, to boot! I highly recommend Frank's custom tailoring.
Pros: Excellent customer service, great work.

I must agree with most of the reviewers. This shop is terrific. Great suits and sport coats at very reasonable prices. The alterations came out great, and were included in price. I was able to buy a terrific suit and silk sportcoat for about $400. Frank's also retailored another suit of mine that never really fit well, and it now fits like a glove. I really cannot recommend this place enough. Quick turnaround as well.
Pros: Service, prices, tailoring
Cons: Not open on sundays

Excellent men's shop. If you are looking for a new suit or sportcoat, i definitely recommend this place. After reading past reviews, I visited last week and must agree with most past customers. Great service and very reasonable prices. i bought an Italian made wool suit, a blazer and 2 slacks for a terrific price of about $700. and all the tailoring was done for free. My last suit purchase at men's wearhouse was for $349 for a single suit, and then they charged another $90 to tailor it for me. I will be back to Frank's in the summer as I will be getting married in the fall, and Frank's will be doing the wedding parties attire. He carries a nice selection of suits.
Pros: customer service, prices, expert tailoring
Cons: none

Frank and Billy (his son) treated me really well, and recommended two Baroni suits that I probably would not have selected myself. But they look great, and were made all the better by careful custom tailoring. And the price is right! Two nice suits, plus a blue blazer and two rounds of involved tailoring (not just cuffs and sleeves, mind you) and I look -- and feel -- like a million dollars. The cost? A little over $800, tailoring included. Go in with cash, check or a debit card and Billy can really sharpen his pencil. Why? Credit cards charge a percentage of the sale, with AmEx being the worst. Pay with cash, check or debit card and Frank's cost for the transaction goes down significantly, so they can do better prices. I am going back for sure, checkbook in hand, for another two suits in the fall!
Pros: Great quality at a reasonable (negotiable) price.
Cons: Their showroom is their workshop, so not much on ambiance, and their selection is seasonal.

After reading some of the reviews, I decided to visit this establishment. I can honestly say that the reviews were right on, as this is a charming store. The owner, Frank, was a old school tailor, I believe from Greece or Italy, and he carried a nice selection of men's suits and dress clothing. i puchased a new suit as well as a cashmere and lambswool overcoat plus a few pair of dress slacks. Prices are rather low compared to other mens stores. He even includes all the alterations at no charge. I used to shop at Mens wearhouse, but they would charge close to $90 per suit for alterations. I picked up an beautiful Italian made suit, of super 150's fine wool fabric for around $300, and a few nice flannel wool dress slacks for about $75 each. I have seen these slacks retailing for about $120 at different competitors. I highly recommend it.
Pros: excellent selection of merchandise at great prices
Cons: no evening hours

Awesome place. I visited last week after reading a few of the great reviews this place had recieved. I was not disappointed. I needed a few new suits as my new position at my firm requires me to be in a suit a few days a week, so I came buy hoping to get a couple of well made and good fitting suits. I am glad to report that the 3 suits I purchased last week all fit exceptionally well. I wore one yesterday and got about 4 or 5 nice comments from my co workers. Prices are terrific for the quality. Less than $770 for 3 suits, and that also included the tailoring. Folks, I have shopped at department stores for the last time when it comes to suits. Frank's will no be getting my future business.

After reading many good reviews about this store, i finally made my way there last week. I have to agree with most of the reviewers, and give high marks to Frank and his staff. I am a hard to fit person as I used to do a lot of weight lifting a few years ago. Frank did a great job on altering a new suit I purchased from him. He had to totally recut the slax down about 5 inches ( from size 41 to 36) and it came out great. His prices are amazing. Less than $300 for an italian made super 120 tropical wool suit, and all the alterations included. I am used to spending over $80 just to alter my suits in the past. I will be coming back in September for a new fall suit or two as well.
Pros: great customer service
Cons: none

I am proud to recommend Frank's. I stumbled upon this place last week when I decided it was time to get a few new suits. I just picked them up, and they all fit great. I was able to purchase 3 of Frank's better suits (Italian super 120's) for less than $275 each on sale, and he included the alterations at no charge. I was about to biy a couple of suits at Mens wearhouse for about $335 each, but when they told me it was another $90 each for alterations, I had reservations, and decided to pass. The next day I found myself here at Franks and am glad I did, as I purchased 3 for what it would have cost for 2 suits at the competitor. The place is a hidden gem. Definitely check it out!!
Pros: Great location in downtown crossing
Cons: Not open nights

Great tailoring service provided by Franks. He was able to salvage all of my suits this past fall. I had some health issues and dropped about 35 lbs. I thought I may need to replace most of my wardrobe, but Frank salvage all my suits as well as a few sportcoats and slacks. When they were finished , they look like they were made for me, as I went from a size 46 to a size 42. He saved me a lot of money as I thought I was going to need to replace about 7 or 8 suits. He was also very honest with me and told me not to try to alter 2 of the suits because they were starting to get wear out and that it would be a waste of money. After I picked up the last of my suits, I even purchased a new one from Frank's collection, and its a great suit that I got at a little over $200. I definately will be going back in the spring for another.
