They don't come up with "hidden" charges or "phantom" problems like other vehicle shops that I had used in the past. I had an air conditioning problem that they could not duplicate and they didn't charge me a time for troubleshooting. When it finally failed "hard", they found it was a blown fuse. They didn't charge me for anything. They could have easily said it was a faulty compressor and I would have never known the difference. On another occasion, I had a nail in my tire, which I did not purchase from them, and they repaired it...again for no charge.
