The guys at Christmas Motors were extremely helpful. I am new to the area and needed some work done. Some of my coworkers recommended them and said I would be taken care of. They were right!!!!!!!! I called and spoke with Lee, he scheduled and appointment for me. Byran worked on my car and explained what he had done. It was nice to have someone talk to me and explain what they were doing and why. I have been to other car dealerships to have work done, and have had the big run around. That did not happen at Christmas Motors. They will be the only place that I will have work done and when I need a new car that will be the first and only place I will go. Thanks again..... Wonderful service

These guys have been wonderful to us and to our friends! I wouldn't dream of taking any of my vehicles anywhere else!! They are all super nice and very helpful. As a woman, these types of places are HARD TO FIND, believe me!! Thanks guys!!

I have had nothing but good experiences with christmas motors, they seem to be very nice people that will go out of their way to help out a customer. The techs also seem very knowledgable and really pay attension to detail. I would highly recommend.

I have had nothing but good service and curteous treatment from Christmas Motors. They fix what you ask them to fix and don't pad the bill with extra, unnecessary repairs. I'm very surprised by the negative reviews that some members have written. That doesn't jive with the many testimonials the place has received and from the experience of people in the community. I have never bought a car from Christmas motors. My very positive review is based on their repair service, which I have come to trust. Eric

That describres the place, carbage. If you shop for a cheap car here ask if they have ever serviced the car. If they say "yes", don't walk from the place, RUN. Quantity yes, Quality no. I wouldn't trust them to put air in the tires. You've been warned.

I have brought my car in here a number of times. Unfortunately for the same repair which they can't seem to get right. My advice is go to a dealer, it was what I eventually did. I was not happy with the service, I can take only so much good will and excuses. They failed to deliver what was needed.

I have been using Christmas Motors for more than 25 years. They have always gone out of there way to make sure everthing is just right. Their star Technician, Bryan Flood is the best around and always checks everything in the car, regardless of what it is in for. The sales department is fair and never pushy, a rare find these days. The walls of the office are covered with thank you notes and pictures of happy customer, their cars and dogs. There many stories of how The Christmas Brothers have gone out of their way to help in what ever people need. They always make you feel like you are one of their own.

Pros: Low pressure car sales, competitive financing, very helpful.

I had the worst repair experience ever at this place. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe it. Parts were replaced that should not have been replaced to pad the bill and pocket of the owner. Parts that did not fit on the car were forced to fit, parts were left off, the car was returned filthy. Threads were stripped on bolts. No adjustments were made to parts installed rendering the repair useless. The owner was not responsive to fixing his mistakes. Avoid this place and save yourself money and headaches.

Cons: Unprofessional repair shop, trial and error approach. unethical management
