Good Company and Service

I don't really have any bad thing to say about this company. Tough to give a moving company 5 stars, but they really were everything I wanted from them...and they were very affordable -- very unlike Boston. Boston Flat Rate Movers will be my choice of the future if I ever have to move again. Thanks Guys!

Easiest most comfortable move I've ever done. My friends usually use Gentle Giant, which are good but very expensive. One of their employees pointed me toward Boston Flat Rate Movers while I was helping my friend move. Wow, was I ever impressed! Boston Flat Rate Movers handled everything for me! So easy and so inexpensive for what you get.

Awesome Customer Service

A moving company is a moving company, but I really liked Boston Flat Rate Movers' service. They were nice on the phone, helpful to explain everything in advance, called to let me know they were running a little late, and were very polite and kinds throughout the experience.

Best Moving Company In Boston

These guys are the best. Great service, great pricing, and great people. All my friends have used Boston Flat Rate Movers, my mom used them, and I've used them, and we've all had nothing but good things to say. Always efficient, friendly, and, most importantly, cheap.

I'm NEVER moving by myself again

Okay okay, I know I should have known this by now, but wow, is it ever easier hiring someone else to move than to do it yourself. I will not miss the money I spent moving, but I certainly regret the headaches and time it took to move myself before. Boston Flat Rate made everything easy. Billing was clear and laid out at the beginning and they took it from there. Worth every penny. I wish I had learned this lesson years ago.

I almost lost my kitten! But good company

Well, I almost wanted to kill the movers after they left a door open and my dear kitten nearly escaped. Luckily, one of them noticed it as he was coming back into the house and brought it back inside. Poor thing! Anyway, the moving service was actually quite good, as is pretty obvious from all the excellent reviews. I hope to never move again, but I would probably use them again if I did -- but next time I'll keep my kitty in the bedroom!

Boston Flat Rate is what you need in a moving company

Called them on a Friday to move out on a Wednesday. No problem. I ended up with some really tricky household items and unexpectedly narrow staircases. No problem. I had a lot of delicate items that could easily have been broken if handled poorly. No problem. I didn't have much money to spend on a move so I needed a cheap mover. No problem. Boston Flat Rate = No problems.

Best movers...period.

Boston Flat Rate was simply the best moving company I've ever used. Quoted me a fair price, arrived on time, moved difficult furniture down a spiral staircase with ease, delivered my belongings on time, etc. I could not be happier with the service.

Probably the worst ever

TRAVEL TIME IS A FARCE I SPECIFICALLY ASKED AND WHEN I QUESTIONED IT, THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO SPEAK WITH.

THE GUYS DELIBERATELY SLOWED DOWN TO ROUND OUT TO THE NEAREST HOUR...THE CHARGED ALMOST A THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR A 3 ROOM APARTMENT MOVE 15 MILES APART!!!

BE CAREFUL OF THAT DECEPTIVE LOW QUOTE...

ALSO ELI IS VERY RUDE, WHOEVER HE MAY BE
