I liked the logo EIC has designed for me. I got to participate in the processes from choosing from a range of samples and then colors, which made me feel a part of the process. It all came out nicely with the website.

If it was not for EIC I don’t think my company would have had a website. I was foolish enough to let my husband take care of it, because I don’t know anything about computers. Problem is, my husband is kind of lazy and would not get back to them with our information for the website. However, they were persistent and kept calling to insure that everything could be finished on time. Thanks guys!

What’s the use of having a website if no one is going to see it? The folks at EIC not only know how to make an attractive website, but they also know how to get up its ranks and spread the word about your business. Now that’s what I call good marketing!

When I first got in touch with EIC I thought their services were pricey, however, I am more than glad that I decided to go threw with them, they are worth the price. They did a good job on my website and helped me with my online marketing too. They are knowledgeable and they’ve proven to me that I can trust them.

My professional hair saloon has been in business for 11 years and we did not have a website. I did not think I needed one, word of mouth worked just fine, or so I thought. After I let EIC create a website I noticed a boom in my business. It’s not like I went from not having business to being a billionaire, but after people saw the kind of work we do and how nice the saloon looks on my website, they understood that we are the people to go to. I saw a difference in 2 month after the creation of the website.

These folks are pretty good. We chose them without even meeting them after we looked at their porfolio. We just gave them a contract for our new day spa on Newbury Street. Though one of the designs they sent us wasn't the image we were looking for, we had trouble choosing between the other two options (they gave us three different designs from three different designers just to get started). Guys- I'm very happy with what I see so far!
Pros: There is more than one designer (I think they have 6 or 7), so you can get the right look.
Cons: None so far!

EIC worked perfectly with our restaurant. They are a full-service agency that took care of all our online marketing needs. What impressed me the most is that they care about our profitability and how long it would take for us to make our website creation cost back. As a middle-aged, small-business owner I did have basic internet knowledge, however, I was not aware of all the different services that can prove to be useful to me (including Google ads). They took me through everything step-by-step so that I knew what was going on and helped me create a strong website for my restaurant. We will use them again!

EIC has done a great job on my website. I told them my idea and they helped develop the website in such a way as to make it my own, not some generic template that I may find elsewhere. I feel like I made the right choice when people tell me they decided to go to my beauty salon after seeing how professional my website is. Job well done!
