I was in quite a dilemma. I was driving down the mass pike and a piece of ice blew off the top of a tractor trailer and completly smashed my windshield. I called my insurance company and they gave me the phone number to this glass company A Z auto glass. I called them and spoke to the nicest girl . She took all of my information over the telephone " I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO A THING"and set the claim up in minutes.Before I knew it the technician was at my job installing my windshield. I do have to say it was refreshing to know that there is a company still out there that are customer friendly and care about me.
