Wonderful Customer Service
by YEAGER

I had a great experience at the particular Borders. I went in knowing I wanted a book about the history of the Boston mob. I spent about 30 minutes with a sales rep that walked me all around the store to point out different options and to discuss what he knew about each book. He was very helpful and would have spent more time helping me if I let him. The customer service has always been great here. Give them a shot if you're looking for a good ready but just unsure of what to buy.

While the collections in certain areas leave something to be desired at times (the magazine section in particular), the sales staff go above and beyond the call of duty in order to help serve the customer. Rarely do they bug you more than once for help. Also, the cafe is among the best Borders has to offer, with coffee that tastes as good as DD.
borders is by far superior to barnes and noble.

This borders is average compared to other borders, but highly recommended amongst other bookstores. I always find borders staff to be helpful, not snotty, and there prices and selection to be the best.
- Pros: selection, friendly/helpful staff, atmosphere
- Cons: i wish it were a little bigger, smaller then some borders, but it is still big for being right in the city.
