We shopped around before hiring these guys, and boy are we glad that we ended up using the 1 hour people. They had a tech here within hours of our call, and we have been using them ever since. We now outsource all our PC and Mac break-fix to this company, and our systems have been in the nbest shape in years with a minimum amount of aggrivation and downtime. For a high-paced environment companies, look no further.
