This Verizon store is very different than the one on Boylston. As soon as you walk into it, you are talking with a knowledgable person. I got a great new phone, chargers & a good looking case (not the cheap ones) and was actually shown how to use it. This is a great store.
Pros: Fast service, nice store, nice people
Cons: Parking on Newbury Street
