great new website

They have a cute way of showing what they've already done. They have my favorite, fun and games. They also have an upload section where you can send them via the web what you need/ want done. I wasn't crazy about their old website but the improvements are great.

• Cons: a little slow to load special effects

I went in there with a very clear picture of what I wanted and was able to express that to one person, i didnt have to repeat myself a million times. I got exactly what i wanted with the final product. It was even on time!

Great service

I was always able to get a hold of someone who was willing to help me. If I called their office looking for someone that person might not be in but someone else was always willing to help anyway. They all work as a team so it was always easy to get assistance or get my questions answered. I was rarely put on hold and when i was it was for so little time that i hardly noticed it. The only drawback was that when I went there there parking lot is on one of those new metered systems and it took me a minute to figure it out.

Don't go here

this company exceeds their estimate, and just bills you the extra without getting your approval. They bill you again after you have received your "final bill".
