Not True to Their Sales "pitch". I have heard great things about this and spent a lot of time on a consult. During this I was told "we will accommodate your schedule". Amazingly I was able to book an appointment for two weeks out. However, due to a family issue; when calling to reschedule (I called over 24 hours in advance) they cannot "accommodate" me for almost a month!!!!! I will still try them but in today's world where everyone is running and a promise is made of accommodating schedules; they do not seem to "walk-the-walk". No Question...The Best. Do yourself a favor and make your hair removal easy, painless and most importantly, EFFECTIVE, by going to Bella Derma in Braintree. Great Products & Discounts. Had vitamin C facial, usually can't afford too many luxuries but Bella Derma had a 50 percent off special. My facial was about $65.00 !!! It was great, aesthetician seemed very knowledgeable, I was relaxed and didn't feel rushed. Spa was very clean, purchased a moisturizer which was more than I usually spend, but love the results.
